Eric Wolfe

President

Eric graduated with honors from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln’s College of Architecture and has been a licensed professional architect in Nebraska since 1987. He founded Metro Project Services (MPS), an architectural design and planning firm and Development Associates (DVA), a development and construction consulting firm. Most recently he served as the Director of the Residential Division for Ronco Construction. Eric’s extensive portfolio of commercial, residential, industrial, office and hospitality projects allows him to be extremely proficient in design/build, value engineering and fast tracked construction methods. He has served on several homeowner’s association boards and in his free time enjoys hiking, camping and attending Husker football games.

Ryan Bernal

Ryan joined the team in 2021 and he has since provided key support to internal and external team members and partners. He has recently received his SWPPP Certification and is qualified to prepare and inspect Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans. Ryan is tasked with overall organization of the department and has been an integral part of various projects. Ryan is currently working on his construction management degree at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, which was sparked by helping his dad flip houses since he could walk. Ryan is the oldest of four and his family lives in Gretna.
